These terms explain the rules for using MYO Cards, operated by khanimals.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AI design. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and only use accounts you are authorized to access. Contact kyle@myo.cards if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Your cards and content
You keep the rights you have in your text, images, links, and designs. You are responsible for having permission to upload and publish that content, including permission to share other people's personal information. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, and display your content as needed to provide the service, including publishing and embedding cards you make live.
Do not use MYO Cards for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, infringement, scams, spam, or distributing malicious content. Do not bypass account, upload, generation, or security limits, or interfere with other users or the service.
3. Publishing, embedding, and @tags
Your live card is public. Anyone with its link can view it, follow its links, or embed it on another website. Search engines and third parties may index, cache, or copy published content. Draft changes do not replace the live card until you publish them.
Your permanent link displays the card you select as live. Claimed @tags are unique, case-insensitive, and cannot currently be changed through the service. Choosing a tag does not grant trademark or other rights to that name. We may restrict a tag or public content when necessary to address infringement, impersonation, security, or legal requirements. Previously shared links may continue to resolve to your account's current live card.
4. AI design
AI design sends your description to Google's Gemini API to generate an editable layout. Results may contain mistakes, unsuitable text, incorrect links, or content similar to other results. Review the design and verify its links, accuracy, and suitability before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique or free of third-party rights.
The tool generates text and layout, with placeholders for images you upload yourself. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal information, or content you are not authorized to share with an AI provider. Usage limits may apply or change. See our Privacy Policy for information about AI data processing.
5. Service limits and availability
Card counts, layers, upload sizes, and AI usage are subject to the limits shown or enforced by the service. We may change features or limits, perform maintenance, or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations. Keep your own copies of important content; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of every draft or uploaded file.
The current service does not require a paid subscription. If we introduce paid features, we will explain their pricing and applicable purchase terms before you buy them.
6. External websites
Cards can link to websites we do not operate. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not endorse or control user-provided links, third-party websites, or the content they display.
7. Ending use and removing content
You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete inactive card designs through My Cards. For account deletion, removal of a live card, or concerns about public content, contact kyle@myo.cards. Some copies may remain in backups, logs, or third-party caches as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, AI output, third-party websites, or loss of access to content. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate or required by law. For questions about these terms, rights concerns, or other service issues, contact kyle@myo.cards.
